Large-Scale Website Design
Millbrook Resorts is a luxury lifestyle resort located in idyllic Queenstown. The resort is well-known for their wide range of on-site experiences, amenities, and services. As one of the country’s top destination resorts, Millbrook’s website needed to adequately reflect the resort's first-class experience to prospective guests.
We decided to do an overhaul of their extensive website to make the users’ online experience as easy as possible from discovery to booking. We completely reworked their website from the ground up from redesigning the user-experience, reviewing information architecture, and freshening up the user-interface.

We decided to let the breathtaking resort to be the hero of the new website. We made sure that photographs take centre-stage and that written content is concise for maximum visual impact.
Millbrook came away with a more considered website that puts their users needs and goals first. The tidier structure enabled easier navigation and the highly visual interface heroes the beautiful resort & its grounds to let it speak for itself.
Performing hand-in-hand with their digital marketing campaign, Millbrook saw a 94% increase in website visitors and a 69% increase in bookings revenue between 2019 and 2020.
